Over the last 35 years, Larry Roberts Sr. has not known the meaning of the word "limits". He has been setting goals for himself and his family since a very young age. By systematically achieving these goals, he has built his company into a corporation with a diverse base. When Larry Roberts began building his truck line, he had a goal of building it into the most successful line in the business. Over the last 35 plus years, he has accomplished this goal and exceeded his expectations. Through the growth of R+L Carriers, Larry soon realized by investing in the growth and future of companies he could build another successful company that would complement the growth of his truck line. The more he learned about property investment, his conviction grew that he had a prime opportunity to turn vacant land or less desirable buildings into centers for commerce.

From this idea, RLR Investments, L.L.C. began to grow and prosper; from one commercial freight facility in Wilmington, Ohio to owning hundreds of properties in 29 states. The properties range from manufacturing, warehousing, hospitality, resort/vacation, to vacant ground for development. This is where our truly limitless thinking takes shape for our clients. Since we started with a background in freight transportation, we understand what our clients need from their facilities. This understanding, coupled with our distinct goals for each property, has built RLR Investments into a trusted and respected property investor.
